I think I got that second one legitimately by using intended mechanics to get 99 locust idols, then opening a lot of chests with 99 idols to let them get wasted.
To get the second trial you can also repeatedly exit the game after opening a locust chest, so its interesting that there are even more ways to get these court cases
You fight her in her true form in DIS. Theres quite a few steps required to even get to DIS in the first place though. First you need to beat new game + and new game ++.
The outcome of guilty/not guilty is different for each trial and theres a bunch of different things you can be put on trial for. (From the ones I can remember): If you touch tails breasts too many times then choosing guilty makes all pushable objects make the boob noise. Not guilty does nothing. If you exit the game too many times in order to not lose locust when you die then choosing guilty makes you lose one locust each floor while not guilty makes you lose all of your locusts. I think its the same if you use this to try and duplicate locusts by restarting a level and opening a chest.

You get a trial scene where Bee doesn't defend you if you... interact with Tail in a specific way. Don't ask how I know.
