I received my yana this week and was very disappointed it wasn't shiny and curly like yours and the advertisement, it was very dull and very Yaki looking. what does it mean when it says both types type 3 and 4 curl textures I was hoping to receive the one just like you advertised because it was so beautiful on you but when it came it was dull in color not type curly and shaped like yours in a 1B ..not happy with this purchase.
