FYI, about 2 days before you posted this video, I chased a tornado that was 9863 studs wide. It went down almost the exact same path as this video's tornado, with only a few minor deviations. I could not get a wind measurement because I could not get ahead of it fast enough, but I believe that it was well over 200 mph as everything was swept clean in town.
