I was abused as well. Never been arrested. Trauma is not an excuse for bad behavior, especially in an adult.

Talk about *manipulative!* She called Francisco wanting to get back together with him in an attempt to keep her own @$$ out of jail! No doubt, the 'statement' that she wrote was from the perspective of a witness who could confirm what *they stole* from her ex. It appears that backfired on her. I wish the prosecutor hadn't been so weak in the State's opposition because she really does deserve jail time. If for no other reason than trying to use domestic violence and sexual assault as an excuse. *That* is a slap in the face insult to those of us who are genuinely Survivors of DV and SA! The only consolation is that we can be assured that this defendant will be back. Clearly, her pathology runs to such a depth & degree that she simply will not be capable of completing the terms of a four year probation.

I can’t believe the court is going to accept that she was distraught, and she didn’t notice that they cleared the place out while he was in jail.

Excuses for choices, being a willing instigator, planning. Criminal activity being a thief, and no excuses no accountability and responsibility, sad. Unfortunately plea deals aren’t always “justice” in our eyes.

The state is doing an appalling job in this case she is a nasty ,vindictive, poor excuse for a human. She is using the domestic & sexual assault as a way to reduce the sentencing she was fully aware that her & her acquaintances were emptying out the house. I bet $ she helped them move, sell & dispose of this poor man’s items.

Court orders $20K restitution and court stated they have no proof of things missing/costs. NOT defending her, however with that being said, you dont think her X couldnt have stretched the truth a bit?
