Chandrababu Naidu seeks meeting with Revanth Reddy, sets political circles abuzz
Chandrababu Naidu, whose TDP is part of the BJP-led NDA, has proposed a meeting at Revanth Reddy's residence in Hyderabad on July 6.
In a move that has set the political corridors abuzz, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has proposed a face-to-face meeting with his Telangana counterpart Revanth Reddy to address issues arising out of the bifurcation of the state.
Naidu, whose TDP is part of the BJP-led NDA, has proposed a meeting at Reddy's residence in Hyderabad on July 6.
In his letter to Congress's Reddy, Naidu said it was important for the chief ministers of the Telugu-speaking states to "foster close collaboration" to ensure sustained progress and prosperity of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Abundant water is there in krishna and Godavari. So a direct channel should be established to from Godavari / krishna so that Telangana won’t suffer with water problem and unnecessary lift irrigation projects.

If I am not wrong, there was a proposal to allocate more Krishna water to Telangana after completion of Polavaram as Rayalaseema could benefit from Polavaram. Tealangana should contribute in some way to finish Polavaram quickly, if an agreement could be reached in that way.
