About Marc Álvarez:
Marc Álvarez began his journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 15, later transitioning into bartending while studying Biological Sciences. His career led him through various types of bars and restaurants before he joined 41º by Albert Adrià. For 8 years, he led the beverage program for Grupo elBarri. In 2018, he founded Drink's Atelier, and in 2020, he partnered with Simone Caporale to launch Sips Barcelona, which was ranked as the third best bar in the world in 2019. With his experience and passion for mixology, Marc is undoubtedly one of the world's finest bartenders.
