Every item is every item. As in, you get a copy of every passive in the game for every item you take. The goal is to avoid crashing for as long as possible.
That's probably the worst challenge I can come up with.
Second worst is letting each of your friends pick one item of their choosing each floor, and your goal is to not lose your mind.

Basically every item is an orbital, such as forever alone, or big fan, no meat or bandages because they don't always orbit. You're blindfolded for the entire run, so no shooting ever.

Angry Fly: will immedilty atack enemies under(I gonna gues Isaac numbers) 20 health.(so it doesn't waste unccerary time)
Additionally angry fly will increase the damage the enemy it sorrunds takes by 15%, it's cooldown for diving decreased for every shot hit on it.
