This was an absolutely goated video. Great story with goated gameplay. Even with so much of my Reaper Brethren's blood, you are truly THE Dame of Athena's Fortune. Every resource was used to get to 100 and that was crazy every step of the way. Soya and Searoar as well being goats (i mean, come on, Soya broke the dimensional coil after sending you through the ground)! Great video Toxie!

I’ve only had someone interfere in my hg battle once and unfortunately for them the other ship and I had just negotiated to determine the winner with a dice roll so we went ahead and stopped what we were doing and sunk the third party. Was a great match and I won the dice roll so we played shanties together as their ship sank

I’m curious. I had an idea for making all weapons balanced: allowing the sword to interrupt reload animations. You can’t kill a player with a sword faster than you can reload a blunderbuss, and if you were being sliced up irl, there’s a good chance you wouldn’t be able to focus on reloading. It would make taking on sword users more interesting in needing to keep some range in between shots. What do you think about the idea for that change?
I used to think this too but from the perspective of using two guns this would make them almost unusable against more than 1 player.
I think a better balance would be to remove the ability for guns to cancel the sword lunge.
@@ToxieSinclaire I never even thought of that. That’s actually a great way to make it fair for any play style. Allowing the sword to have more range in any situation would actually really help in overall fairness among the weapon combos

OK, sry I have to mention this, but I see people missing too many special canon balls.
Make sure to hit with a normal CB first, so you have a 99% confirmation for the next shot.
If you did not hit the previous CB. DO NOT LOAD THE SPECIAL BALL. Try another normal one until you have a confirmed hit.
@2:23 Toxie got too excited (understandable BUT avoidable). Perfect example. That was an easy Anchorball if you had taken your time.

Does selling through the sovereigns offer the same amount of rep and gold?
I thought it was different but what I've been able to come up with is that if you run guild emissary the multiplier is as follows:
Grade 1 - 1x (100% of normal value)
Grade 2 - 1.15x (115% of normal value)
Grade 3 - 1.30x (130% of normal value)
Grade 4 - 1.45x (145% of normal value)
Grade 5 - 1.75x (175% of normal value)
Where as any of the other emissaries offer a larger bonus to specific loot (aside from Reaper which offers the bonus to all loot) the multiplier for those emissaries are as follows:
Grade 1 = 1x (100% of normal value)
Grade 2 = 1.33x (133% of normal value)
Grade 3 = 1.67x (167% of normal value)
Grade 4 = 2x (200% of normal value)
Grade 5 = 2.5x (250% of normal value)

Idk i think the hg sloop guys were fair to be a bit angry even if you were complimenting them. The hg grind is long and painful and they looked like they had a decently high streak.
I think calling someone a "stupid idiot" while getting sunk, while carrying a valuable flag, is a skill issue honestly
