This is a beautiful Porsche Tower Condominium. I like the kitchen, the master bedroom, and the master bathroom. Petrolhead will like the car elevator and the car gallery.

Sorry caps but i need to say that Prive island is my dream spot. great showing, i really like the garage in the apartment, the views are so relaxing, great use of drones, Thanks Peter have a great weekend and enjoy 5 degrees Sunday in Ohio. Another great video and a car garage practically in a penthouse just makes this property truly stand out from the rest, talk about dream condos,this has shot to the top of my list.
Peter that unit at the Porsche tower is very beautiful the only downside that I don’t like about it is that long staircase it would’ve been better if they would’ve design a spiral staircase it wouldn’t take up so much space and also all that magnificent furniture and art pieces does it come along with the unit.👍👍👍

now this is REALLY pulling me away from Privé Island. Loft/Duplex + it's 3 bedrooms and don't need to mention the garage is really winning me. I have seen other units and wasn't impressed, but this Duplex, facing West is much better than facing east. Now I really got decision to make, maybe I should try to get BOTH Privé & this, hmmmm. lol. Main thing with Privé is the 2 balcony AND THE DOCK, I will need a dock and it's more private than Porsche being on the beach.
I've never seen a car elevator in motion before. How can it not smell like gas and oil in the building? Amazing unit. Love the kitchen and living area with the staircase in view

Amazing unit in one of my favorite buildings in south Florida. Sunny isles it’s an outstanding project for a luxury lifestyle without the need of being in the busy center of Miami and, at the same time not being far enough not to be considered Miami. 2 aspects I need to point out to you: incredible how the same building can have such different units and, at the same time, maintain the signature design that caracterize and feel like the Porsche tower units and this is an incredibly beautiful unit that lacks the ocean view (I’m Portuguese and for a location like this it’s mandatory for me) and the outdoor pool/jacuzzi of the other units facing the ocean and for those that don’t mind this 2 details, this is a great deal on the tower because the ocean view brings the value up by 25/30% don’t you agree? The second aspect it a bit worse because it’s unbelievable how that new tower was build so close to this removing a lot of the PD Tower’s character. I couldn’t not notice on how close the neighbors balconies are. Best regards to you and your team that provide a tour as high end as the units it selves. Wish you all the success.
