I did not know how much I would shed after giving birth! Don’t know how I still have any hair on my head 😂 I wonder if we talked more as a society about the changes you will go through if it wouldn’t feel a little less devastating since you’d be a little more prepared for it. I feel like a lot of the changes that happened to me were so devastating because I wasn’t expecting it and i didn’t think that they were normal and beautiful parts of the process!
