  • In the fantasy of many people around the world, Denmark is the door to a desirable world known as the Nordic countries.

It is true, all those flags with mostly red, blue and white colors with a cross lying down, are synonymous with countries with well-being, high development and beauties to discover.
On the channel we have already toured Finland, Sweden, Norway and that is why we are here in Denmark, to continue filming a true feast for the eyes with our pupils.
Danes do not have stereotypes that can encompass them all. If you ask a Danish woman what 'hygge' is, she will answer with a tender look: "it is sitting with your partner in front of the fireplace and covering yourself with a blanket while watching the fire."
If you ask a millennial, she'll smile and say, "A dinner with friends with background music and candlelight." And the best thing is that both are right. 'Hygge' is a 100% Danish concept that means "creating a nice and friendly atmosphere and enjoying the good things in life with the people you love".
And it is that the inhabitants of the Nordic country have an innate ability to turn any situation into a 'JU GA' moment, from a traffic jam to a family dinner, and find fulfillment in it.
It seems simple and even somewhat absurd, but it is not in vain: Denmark occupies the top positions in the World Happiness Report, and in this there is a lot of attitude towards life. The Danes say that the key is to love yourself.
In the other Nordic countries that we have visited, there are concepts similar to Hu Ga. It is time to wonder if it is possible to import this concept to our countries, so prone to anger, confrontation and discussion.
And the answer is in a dose of Slow Life, because slowing down is the first key, a lot of minimalism, because the small details of everyday life invite you to live in the moment and of course find the path to economic success, because there is no happiness with empty bellies.
Danes are caring people who enjoy sharing their recipes for success and would be happy if wellness spread to the world. Meanwhile we can enjoy what they have achieved.
Relaxing and traveling is hyper-living and in every corner of this Nordic capital we can find a space to admire, be it the architecture, the little tables full of bars and cafes, the boats on the horizon.
The walk through the parks until you reach the mythical Andersen mermaid at the end of the coastal walk is a good corollary to such beauty.
