I think William said "You don't have to do that" after the woman curtsied.
His body language certainly said that.
He's so nice at not insisting that the lady curtseyed to him. She did it twice anyway, before shaking his hand (she had to pull off her glove first) and then again while. A true future king. And while he visits the charity, he wears the according clothes with their logo on. Such a thoughtful thing to do. Also something PH discontinued doing at Invictus Games after he met ... his now wife. I think it gives the whole thing a great boost and the much needed support when additionally wearing the branded clothing.
You can tell he was touched.

This is just about the sweetest thing I've seen in a long time. Prince William brings out the best in good people and this lady is so sweet and kind hearted.
Great charity work, fantastic volunteers, you can see how much they care to make life easier for those in need. Prince William took the time to chat with the lady in the kitchen. He is so down-to-earth and really interested and listening. God save the Royal Family and all these volunteers working there ♥️🇬🇧

That's one of his qualities that I like most - there really isn't any pretentiousness in him. He just wants to see real life as it really is for most of us, so he can understand what matters.
