Bro, the purpose of having a mortgage and renting every month to own is also to build credit. You're convinced a payed off tiny home is better than having a mortgage but it's doesnt help you in the long run when you want to upgrade unless you plan to live there all your life.
There’s nothing wrong with a mobile home (trailer) it does allow people to live on their own, if they can’t afford an actual house. The only thing is living in a trailer park, you can not stay there year round, so you have to have a place to go, during that time. Some people don’t have any place to go, during that time. Definitely weigh your options, & situation, & do what is best for you. Mobile homes do offer some great options, but they are not for everyone
I actually think I’d love tiny home living or van living but I don’t think I’d want to live in a trailer park. There is a difference but it’s cool you’re making this work for you:) from what you’ve shown tho, you can’t live there all year round and most adults can’t just go live with their parents for a few months out of the year lol. But again, it’s cool you’ve made it work for you Keegan! You’re blessed to be in a position where your family can support you:)
