This might be just me Enigma, but I think Josuke should be there over Diavolo. Jolyne would probably be DLC for this game, and it just feels wrong to have every protagonist from the main JoJo timeline except Josuke.
Plus, DIO is really the only villain you need to represent JoJo’s. He is the only villain in JoJo to have some kind of an influence on every part of the main timeline

Can't wait to see it! Honestly, i think the new series that are the most likely to join the next game are demon slayer, jujutsu kaisen, chainsawman and possibly spy x family. Would also be nice to see things like dr. Stone or burn the witch
The problem with Spy Family is that its published on Shonen Jump+ the only people that got a pass was Dragonball Super and Naruto (Boruto) because they related to WSJ series

Also something i would do is to cut off some characters from series with 7 characters and have more variety. Like, instead of 7, they could have 4 characters as the max and Maybe 5 with dlc

I think there should be a main 1v1 mode, but also a 2v2 you can do with friends, because that was genuinely fun
I really like what they did with some of the characters awakenings in JF, how the character would transform into their awakened state and not only look different but almost made them a complete different character, Naruto for example, his abilities didn't really change like Goku or Ichigo's, rather it was his normal light attacks that changed along with his down/up lights, if they do something like that again I think it be pretty cool, like imagine when we got Madara as DLC but this time when he awakens he becomes Six Paths Madara with different abilities, maybe a different looking ULT, and different normal/heavy attacks similar to Naruto and the others, or with Tanjiro when he awakens he could change his moveset from water breathing to the hinokami kagura
I felt like Lala has to be here for the Playable DLC because she has a lot of Moveset Potential and we need not just more Female Playable Fighters but also, more Oddball picks too.
For Chitoge's case, I felt like we need at least one Playable Nao Touyama and Ayane Sakura-based team-up for once too if Part 4 (aka DLC) is on the table. Make her an accessibly easy to pick up Rekka Fighter ala the likes of Fei Long and Iron Fist.
Meaning that she would function like a Brawler with easy to Spam Melee Combos in a good way.
If we’re going with Lala, Hibari-Kun should be here as well so many good opportunities for a moveset
Rather Lala. I feel Yami/Golden Darkness is a much better combatant.

I have hopes for a new Jump game this year. I saw this video last year and I saw it again today and it makes perfect sense. the roster you put together was PERFECT, I would only add some animes like Black Cat, Rokudenashi Blues, Slam Dunk and Shaman King

Anyways, I haven't played J-Star Victory VS (+) myself, but the only characters I care about returning from that game as playable characters are Bobobo-Bo Bo-Bobo, Arale Norimaki, and Medaka Kurokami...with the first having both Don Patch and Jelly Jiggler involved somehow (though bonus points if Bobobo-Bo Bo-Bobo's transformations are somehow referenced, especially Denbo). Also, is there a possibility if Froppy can appear as an "assist" from MHA?
...but the major deciding factor on the next Shonen Jump game for me is the CaC feature; I'm sorry, guys, but I probably wouldn't have bought Jump Force if it weren't for its CaC feature. All things said, CaCs need a [BURP]load more customization options than "just about everything" JF offered (more variety in clothing, far more abilities to use from represented fighters, and having more accessories to use and wear), and there needs to be an option in VS Mode for more than one (different) CaC involved in matches (Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 did that, why not Jump Force?). Also, while I did like CaCs being OP'd, there should still be an option to "disable" CaCs for (official) tournaments and such. If the next Shonen Jump game can at least bring CaCs back, especially in a more improved light, then I'll be on board.

Two characters that I think should be added to a new Shonen Jump game would be Taro Sakamoto from Sakamoto Days and Mash Burndead from Mashle. And if we can also include the jump+ part, Loid and Yor would be no brainers

There's something I want to see that Jump Force severely bungled in my opinion, and that's having more obscure characters. Personally, I'd like a mix of more popular and lesser-known fighters. Here's just a few I'd recommend: 1. Tsukune and Moka from Rosario Vampire. 2. Kafka and Mina from Kaiju No. 8. 3. Twilight and Yor from Spy X Family. 4. Denji and Power/Denji and Aki from Chainsaw Man. 5. And as a WTF character that no one probably knows about: Minase from Candy Flurry. I feel just sticking with plain old Jump instead of spreading out across its different areas really help back how creative the roster really could be.

But i prefere If they put less series and add more characters of the same series like It was in jump force to avoid problens with licensing process. Jump force had to be shut down over licencing problems so early
We could have got a DLC season 3 last year and this year they could be realising the DLC season 4 and add a lot of cool characters that was missing
To me Death Note being in jump force was a waste of money because Light did not do anything in the history mode, If they used that money to add 4 more characters like Byakuya, Zaraki, Shun and Hyoga that was screat out It would be nicer

Indeed licensing will be an issue. However, JF and JStars both were taken off the marketplace due to the same reason. The only reason it seem more important with JF is because more people brought that game. I think the licensing loss is inevitable tbh
If there I want to develop a jump force squeal I would to do with the cac like adding more fighting styles and original costumes for the cac

I wish itachi could be added as a dlc or pain for naruto and with pain ult could be like the ultimate from strom 4 where every akatsuki attack the player

Hang on Kenshin has a lot more to offer than only 2 characters. You're really missing the boat by not adding more. At least add Sanosuke and aoshi shinomori

I doubt it. If a sequel happens they'll mostly fix the problems that happened in the first game, still aim towards the west with the only new series joining being Chainsaw Man, Demon Slayers, and Jujitsu Kaisen, all series from Jump Force 1 return along with them adding more playable characters like add another Saint Seiya character, Updating returning characters' movesets (I don't know if they will do it since Jump Force ends on a cliffhanger with the worlds still not fixed meaning they would have to make a story reason on why Izuku has a different moveset and costume in the sequel), DLC will just be series they already have in the game meaning no new series, custom characters' costumes, accessories , and moves will be more stuff from characters and series that aren't in the game like Tsuna's hair and X-Gloves, Medaka's move Kurokami Punch, or Yuma's Scorpion.

For naruto they could add returning the fan tavourite itachi as dlc and the previous villan like kane gale a d prometheus
I think it would be cool (if extremely unlikely) to have some DLC guest star character that aren't from Shonen Jump. I think I'd be cool to have one that is a game character who has a Manga/Anime like P5 Joker, or other extremely popular titles like AoT and SAO
This is a very good roster, though for the One Piece portion of it, I think you may have gotten Nami mixed up with Boa Hancock, who already appeared in J-Stars Victory Vs alongside Luffy, Ace, and Akainu. Or maybe we could have them both.
Jump Force 2 or any other Jump crossover fighting game should have Non-Jump Anime characters like how Smash Bros has 3rd Party Characters. I’m talking Sailor Moon, Speed Racer, The Samurai Pizza Cats, Beastars or Kamen Rider if you wanna go with Live Action
I'm gonna say this... I love the roster, although, while it still made sense, I probably would've added Kozato Enma rather than Hibari... (but Enma is like Tsuna personality wise.. but different in terms of skills

I honestly think that Bandai is out of the picture on Jumpforce if the first one is just getting took off the store we gotta team up as a community to get what we want because Bandai was getting all those question and idea in support to make the game better and they said they couldn’t do anything for us
On katekyo Hitman reborn you should add either 3 or 4 characters, with Hibari, tsuna, xanxus and byakuran

The thing is if the make Jump force 2 they should put Combined finisher moves from every characters.

I know this video is a bit old but heres a little coment on what I would like in a new jump force like game i would like some more fighting styles then just the 4 curent ones i would like a cat like fighting style like that of Yugito nii from the naruto storm game series and I would also like to keep the cac cencept but it should be way more detaljed and I would also like the ability to use dlc characters like yoruichi ultimate/finale move and if posible be apel to cestumize it aswell and as for cac customizer i think it would be cool if you could make a humenoid animal character like a wolf or a cheetah with dirigered legs or somting and im very sorry for my bad spelling in this coment

They should do waves game mode. With enemies who can be demons from DS, marines from OP, or hollows from bleach. Tournament mode(also allow us to spectate) and arcade mode. I would love that up tilt leads to air combos(kind of like DS). I also which the whole gang of each anime are in the game, like the whole straw hat crew or like whole team 7. Most likely it’ll not happen. I would also love non action characters in the game but only be use for the story mode. Like if spy x family was in it, Loid could spy on the enemies with his costume skill to get information or help idk Luffy get to his crew member to be saved or found. I like the features that the stages have in Jumpforce but I would like that is more creativity tho. Like if we can knock out an opponent in corrida Colosseum and have those bull fish eat or take out the opponent character to force the opponent to switch characters. For the story I would like it to starts off with the anime universe clashing together because the gods from DB want to set a tournament but secretly was set up by a villain. (Aizen?)Each characters gets scattered and try to find there friends and along the way they make some more friends. It’ll be cool if as the go on they found out they are actually manga characters for audiences. Some don’t know how they feel about that because the feel like they don’t get free will and some wants to go back home and there some (the villains) team up so they can take down the opponents. They should end the story by the heros winning and coming to conclusion even tho that they are manga characters they wouldn’t be who they are if they didn’t go through all the obstacles course and all would like to meet up again to catch up. And for non action characters can also can go on quest to find the new dlc, skins, music and stages. They can also have a capture the flag mode where all (non action and action characters) characters can play to create bonds with everyone.

Keep in mind that when say main in my case that's either your best character for you to use in the game, rather if you like that character or your just skilled with them or even both, they could be characters that you want to be good with or just the characters that you play the most, and I do believe it's fine to have multiple mains because they're the characters you want to play with the most out of all the others in the roster

Yes. They will announce a game by 2023 and release it in 2024. I wouldnt be surprise if they want til E3 or Jump Festa in 2023

The first thing they need to get done right is the graphics. Needs to be on storm/GG/fighterz levels of anime graphics. Jump force going for this "realisistic look" was ugly and a lot of cartoony artstyles like deku suffered for it.
I can imagine characters from Kaiju No 8, Spy X Family, Tokyo Ghoul, Fire Punch and Hell's Paradise being added

Well If a Xenoverse typed Game would being too overwhelming to include those Characters, then why Just Bringing a Smash-typed Gameplay?
Bandai Namco has already worked and allowed Sora Ltd. to Bring their Characters into Smash.
So expecting a Inspiration from this Said Game wouldn't be completly delusional.
They could Just make a Smash Gameplay Mixed with Xenoverse Gameplay Mechanics in there.
Those could Safe alot of recourses and also make it feel Like a respectful fill of Roster. Smash for already has Like 89 Characters from around 30 Franchises.
But That's of course My opinion.
I heard there was a leak about some other big companies making their crossover platform fighters (since there are nick all star and multiversus). Maybe we could see a jump game like that
The smash platformer is now the new "battle royale" genre. Lego has one dropping soon. WB, Nickelodeon...they just oversaturating the genre now. It would be easier to develop thats for sure.
