Today I'm back with a new video in which I'm showing you what to pack for your college!! Here are the basic things of what to bring along if you are an international student!
If this is your first time, welcome and hopefully you will join my adventure on this beautiful planet. I'm just trying to live my life my way and I'd love for you to see it.

tip from a second year: you really don’t need to bring a comforter or pillow! the school provides bedding for you, and if you don’t like it you can always buy some from amazon or walmart :) You also really don’t need to bring notebooks or stationery because you can get all of that from UWC or walmart/amazon as well. save your space and bring food or room decorations instead. lots of love, look forward to meeting you ❤️❤️❤️

Gizem Ilayda Öztürk of course! if you have a certain notebook or pen that you really love, bring it! but otherwise the other items are readily available. i would recommend going over the packing list that was made by second years to get a better idea of what items you should bring and what’s better to get in new mexico! also feel free to reach out to me or other second years on messenger or instagram if you have more questions 🥰

I'm a UWC-USA Alumni class of 2019. Just here to add more tips. Remember that this is not a short-time trip, but your home for the next two years. You really don't need to bring all of these things and will regret it if you do because the school will take you to the store in your first week of orientation where you can get all of it. Instead, bring special and meaningful items from home(Food, snacks, posters for your room decoration,...etc.) Also, DO NOT FORGET YOUR FLAG, you will need it for most of the events on campus. Hope this helps. Good luck on your UWC journey, make the most out of it, and enjoy it as much as you can.
Jonathan Ramazani the problem is that we won’t get that trip, we will be quarantining for 2 weeks and after that live on a closed campus for most of the part and yes of course I’ll bring everything else you just said! Thank youuuu❤️
@@gizemilaydaozturk5744 Oh makes sense!!! I clearly forgot about this demon of Covid-19, I guess things are different now. But for anyone who is getting ready for UWC and see this comment, do not stress if you are unable to bring anything from the list because the school is aware of what's happening, and they are very helpful and will assist you in figuring it out once you get there. (I would also suggest that you bring winter-jackets from home if you still have space in your suitcase because they are just very expensive in the U.S and Montezuma has crazy weather at any time of the year, so be mindful of that as well.) Good luck to all of you again, this is such an exciting time. I miss it already.

Watching this I realized how much of an under packer I am what I pack: 2 hoodies 5 shirts 5pants 2 dresses 1 heavy jacket those hotel shampoo bottles that are tiny 2 pairs of shoes 1 towel chargers 10 undies and socks 1 swimwear ... I named all the stuff I packed when I traveled to El Salvador I’m staying here for 3 months 💀 I forgot a tooth brush and hair brush 😐

I REALLY LOVE U, ure so cute and pretty, Ill applying to 2022-2024 classes, I wanted go to some college from Asia or Africa, the one I most want to go to is a CSC (China). Keep making this wonderful content, kisses from Brazillll

@@queeniz5005 i suggest you to apply for 3 different schools, so u dont be dissapointed.
The only downside is that I don’t have a vacuum bag so I might need to readjust my winter clothes. But still this is so useful, thank you! 😍
You can buy them for very cheap tbh!! If you need links just HMU!! Also go to big supermarkets and you’ll prolly find them too❤️!

Heyyy Julius, you are my second year right? I basically just looked at the things I use on the daily and looked at the travel mistakes I have made. I have divorced parents so I always traveled a lot between them and kinda grew up knowing what I missed everytime. Also I asked some other second years too and they gave me tips as well as other firsties :) And thank you!!

If i got UWC, should i buy laptop or will they give me themselves?
How many subjects are u studying and are they enough difficult?
Hey you do not really have to buy a laptop because on the schools there are computers that everyone is allowed to use but a laptop would be a bit more practical. I have 6 subjects and they are pretty hard to be honest
