Stuffed animals or plushies are my favorite. Each one was gifted to me, or got as a survivor from a trip, so they are special in someway. It helps to hold and hug them. Especially since there are good memories attached to them!

I totally understand that, it helps me also. If you’re feeling alone and think that nobody understands you, there are those plushies that are always there for you and will give you always a hug 😊🧸

I got diagnosed with anxiety when I was little, teddies really helped a lot. But when I was away from them or had them taken away from me I would be even more scared than usual

I recently got a fidgit spinner from work (it was dead stock for marketing, they have buckets full with our company logo on it) and I was like oh yeah, these things...
It's on my desk and I have been actually getting a lot of good use out of it when I am feeling overwhelmed.
Mental health is sooo important. Thanks for sharing!

I have Autism, depression, and I suffer with anxiety. I used a Tangle for many years, it also helped me to stop biting my nails (it keeps one's fingers busy), but last year I found my first Tamagotchi (V2) and the Tamagotchi On! I love my Tamas! They're a nice distraction and escapism!

I love tangles! I’ve been using them for like three years and I’ve accumulated so many. Same with fidget cubes, my favorite side is the dice buttons. I never use the silent buttons, but the three that click are my favorite.

I always carry a fidget or comfort item when I’m out and about! My favorites are probably the fidget cube, the tangle, and tsum tsums (cause they’re small, and fun to have in your pocket!) :)

I like instruments, like the ukulele, mandolin and banjo. If I feel restless/anxty/down it's good to just pick up a small instrument and play.
Also I have a hand trainer, a thing I can squeeze to train my hand. I bought it at a music store.

Same! I played on my piano to relax me, but I now use a hand trainer instead.

I was recently diagnosed with anxiety. And i often use soft keychains that are either plushie like or just soft to fidget with when I'm in public. I find that doing that calms me down a bit and grts my mind focused on something i like. Next is squishmallows which i keep at home and use them to squeeze and such if i get into an anxious state

i ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS need a marble and mesh with me at school as someone with anxiety. And stuffed animals help me relax.

Tangles are my favorite. Personally, my top 2 favorites are the original textured one (the pink yellow and blue one) and i also have a metallic navy blue totally textured one. I love the smooth ones too, but the textured ones help me cope with my anxiety more. This might sound weird, but i also like to chew on my tangle toys, it dosent ruin them and it really helps me. My sister has anger issues and she loves the snapper fidget toys. Its like a super durable high quality like suction cup. Shes had hers for years and its still good as new. I also enjoy the wacky tracks, there similar to tangles but they made a click sound when you move the links.

I love slinkies. I have an orange and yellow one. Also chewies, my fidget pad, and née-dough stress toys.

My friend once told me she has fidgets but doesn’t like a certain one. Fidgets are made for a neurodivergent person so her brain responds differently to it. She told me she didn’t understand, she also said “Forget it, I’ll just throw it out,” like I would hate to have a friends like that. Of course to use fidgets you don’t need to be neurodivergent.

I hyperfixate on fidget toys every once and while so I have a few- my favorites are the ono roller and infinity cube, I like really repetitive fidgets. When I was a child I had my first comfort item, she was a dog plushie named cookie. Today my main comfort item is a weighted frog stuff animal, its a warmies frog that has been restuffed. Tamagotchis keep me away from social media which is why I like them but we’ll see how long that lasts lol

I found your channel as I was researching the Tamagotchi On and its Chinese counterparts :) Not used to this sort of personal content but I admire your honesty and have found your videos very pleasant to watch.
Just wanted to drop by and tell you that after seeing your Eni puzzles, you'd most likely get a lot out of magic cubes, and I don't mean the standard 3x3 those are of no use but the so called big cubes e.g. 7x7. You can grab one off aliexpress, they're certainly not expensive and have a very therapeutic effect as you match colours, and give you a fair sense of achievement each time you complete a side. Solving a big cube using the reduction method is easy to learn as it's pure logic but plays out different every time. You can take it easy and solve the cube step by step which is a lot of fun and provides a fantastic distraction for your brain. Please bear in mind you won't be able to fully solve a big cube using only the reduction method - just scramble the cube when done and start again.
The issues you have with the Eni puzzles being noisy and the mislocks... A magnetised magic cube solves both of these problems. I always keep one in my office drawer for when I'm under pressure, overwhelmed with too much going on at the same time and quickly need to unwind. It's impressive how it blocks everything out for me the second I resume solving.
Hope you give one a try. Let me know how you're getting on if you do, or if you're unsure as to which one to get ;)

Sorry I am so late replying to your comment! I am definitely going to get one! I have a 3x3 one, but I've never had a 7x7. It sounds perfect for what I need. Thanks for the suggestion!

Kinda sad that fidget spinners turned into a “trend” back in 2017-2018, not gonna lie I was one of those kids who thought it was cool to have one, but younger me didn’t know much about mental health, last year when I was in 5th grade I got the worse anxiety in school. Now that I understand about more mental health problems and how these toy can help people made me feel guilty.
