Yep, that was a satisfying feature of the Call of Prypiat. You've completed the story and was just free to explore the zone and complete side quests. That's unfortunate that you have to abandon the story in stalker 2 for free play, but it's still an option basically. You just don't go in that lab in Prypiat so game allows you to go wherever you want
So apparently one of the DLCs will be akin to that of broken steel which allows you to roam the zone after the ending and will also confirm the canon ending. Spolier: My best guess is that the Strelok ending is the one will be Canon as it’s the only one which allows skif to roam the zone as his own ending his in the pod, Scar he’s a zombie and the ward he leaves.
Him pulling out the damn PM in every cutscene honestly makes no sense, you get a USP like 2 hours into the game, just let him hold that, at least that pistol is somewhat capable 🙃
This was the episode the game tried to force me siding with Ward because of bug, lol. If I chose escape, emission started the moment Skif got thrown in a cell. The thing is - walls in the cell don't protect you from emission. At the same time, Dalin starts running around seeking shelter instead of talking and giving you the key (and eventually dies from emission together with the protagonist). Solution: complete Dangerous Liaisons quest again from the moment you enter the base, without dying or loading, thankfully it's a short one. In this case emission starts some time after you escape the plant.
oh my god my game was so completely screwed. the last two choices i wanted to make was with strelok. I didnt even know i could make a strelok decision here as I thought I was done with spark so i sided with ward and got the ending i didnt really want.
I'm siding with Ward for he first playthrough because I'm trying to roleplay it lmao. Meeting Scar is such a schizo experience, and Skif coming from a military background makes Ward seem more fitting. My POV is like "They promise me a big ass home with money? Cool, sign me up."
@@Pmantis12 For now i like the Ward than Spark, like the I have been helping the Ward since the start and they had plenty of chances to fucked you over but they hadnt. They could be assholes to loners but if you help them you get paid.
The ward is better then the spark because essentially what the spark want is to become the new monolith by controlling the nosphere and the ward wants to bring order to the zone
Name sounds like its in Russian or Ukrainian yet his voice sounds like American heck half of the game sounds American. Not complaining just an observation. I understand the need to outsource the VA job with the situation in Ukraine
So fun fact: you can change the dubbing to be Ukrainian and they have their original actors. It's better to have non ukrainians speak their traditional language and accent rather butcher it.
The romantic relationship between skif and his kitchen motivate him to help the Ward is my head cannon.
His kitchen?
I laughed so hard 😅😅
@@shaiii-chan he traveled to the zone because an artifact destroyed his babuska kitchen
@Tovarisch_Hampter_Seed I hate the way they did my boy Degtyarev dirty.
The only thing i want is the ending that let me stay in the zone exploring

@@williamfrank962 There will be DLCs?
@@shaiii-chan yes around three or four. Three will be additions to the map and stories while the final will be after endgame.
@@williamfrank962 Damn so like broken steel dlc in fallout 3

Gotta respect a man's lucky pistol
You havent seen stats of the pistols in game, arent you?
It’s like the best pistol in the game imo, I haven’t ever had to switch it out for a new one.
That pistol deals more damage than an ak74
@@Ancient_Dream0isn't a revolver best pistol in the game? It one shots literally anyone, even in heavy armor.

It'd be nice to know THAT is a crucial choice that impacts your ending way befor it 10 hrs oof gameplay earlier.

OK, so who should I side with as far as ward and other things? I'm so confused about who's bad and who's good?
I sided with Richter cause I don't like the ward

Where is this from? The first time I encountered the col was in the slag. Is this part of the dlc?
Near the end of the story like last mission from what I've seen
Joining Strelok doesn't work for me, Dalin never shows up to talk to me, So I just stopped playing until they fixed it.

theres an option to switch to either english or ukrainian dub
