    I took 5 years off to recover from burnout, and what a RELIEF to find your YT Channel.
    I have been doing 100 Calls per day for a week, and am moving into phase two: Call until you get an appointment.
    Still tracking the numbers, but NOT getting off my chair until I book an appointment!

    Goodpm. Mr. Tom perry i was inspired of listening you strategy, marketing and etc... Im a fastfood business owner for for 17yr..since store was abolished.. Now im in real estate since no idea but i happy i close 2units for 6yrs.convincing hehe. Now im willing to listened to you.. To have my business.. I gonna happiest woman in the world.. 🙏❤️💪

      The best way for you to generate leads is to buy leads.
      There are 3 ways to earn business:
      1. You work really hard
      2. You wait for business to come to you
      3. You pay for business
      Number 1 is a regardless…you just have to work really hard.. non stop always pushing your business card and your field of work in conversation..
      Number 2 starts to happen when you are extremely successful, so do not wait for business when you are starting out or in the middle of your career.
      Number 3 is the FASTEST way to scale your business, you need to pay for it.. I recommend you go to Real Estate Leads | Posh Leads so you can pick up leads at a really affordable rate.

    Tom. Where can I get the specific data you reference for appreciation? I'm trying to increase my market knowledge and I don't know who to listen to. I know I have to also be market specific but as far as general outlook, who has the best insight?

    Love your videos Tom, but I do have one very important piece of advice for you. PLEASE THAT BIG MICROPHONE AWAY and go back to the whiteboards and flip charts. So distracting to watch you staring at the desk or the microphone rather than PRESENTING to the audience.
