저는 미국 뉴욕주 근처에 거주하는 40대 후반, 아이 넷 있는 엄마입니다.
7년전 아픔 많은 이혼후, '외상 후 스트레스 장애'가 생겼어요..
하지만 매일 극복하려고 많이 노력하며 살고 있답니다..
이젠 좋은 사람도 만나 사랑을 다시 찾게 됐어요.
연하남이고요~ 나이차이가 많이 나죠.. 연하남은 20대 후반..?.. ㅎㅎ
그래도 너무 행복하게 잘 살고 있답니다.
아.. 그리고 제가 비건을 한지는 11년이 되어가네요..
같이 비건음식도 만들고, 먹고 웃자고요~ 🥰

Go into the refrigerator unless you want it to ferment right away. I like to enjoy the non-fermented kimchi in the beginning.
