्रवण साई बाबा को खाने के लिए बुलाने आता है और अपने साथ लेकर चल पड़ता है। साई के भक्त साई के पीछे पीछे आते है तो साई उनसे नाराज़ हो जाते है और कहते हैं की श्रवण की माँ ने मुझे अकेले को ही भोजन के लिए बुलाया है। साई के खाने पर जाने से मना करते हैं तो श्रवण साई को कहता है की अपने भक्तों को भी आने दो जितना भी भोजन होगा हम सब बाँट कर खा लेंगे। श्रवण की माँ सबको वहाँ पाकर सोच में पड़ जाती है की उन सब के लिए भोजन तो उसने बनाया ही नहीं है तो वो और खाना बना देगी यह कहती है लेकिन उस से पहले वो जो भोजन बना था वो सबको देने के लिए कहती है। श्रवण सबको भोजन देता है लेकिन उसके बावजूद भोजन नहीं ख़त्म होता। सभी भर पेट भोजन करते हैं और श्रवण की माँ को धन्यवाद करके बाहर आ जाते हैं। श्रवण अपनी माँ को बताता है की सबने भोजन कर लिए है लेकिन फिर भी बहुत सा भोजन बचा हुआ है। यह सुनकर श्रवण की माँ कहती है की यह तो चमत्कार हो गया लेकिन वो अंधी होने के कारण इस चमत्कार को देख नहीं पायी। श्रवण की माँ सबको बाहर जाकर रोकती है और कहती है की उन सब में से कोई ना कोई एक भगवान है वो उन्हें प्रणाम करती है। राधा बाई साई भक्तों न को स्वामी समर्थ की कथा सुनती है की साई की तरह भी स्वामी समर्थ ने ऐसा ही चमत्कार किया था। स्वामी समर्थ ने एक दिन कुछ भी नहीं खाया था और वो चले जा रहे थे उनके भक्त भी उनके साथ चलते जाते हैं सभी को भूख लगती है तो वो स्वामी जी से कहते हैं की वो रुक जाए सभी को भूख लग रही है तो स्वामी जी कहते हैं की वो उन्हें अन्नपूर्णा के हाथ का भोजन कराएँगे। स्वामी समर्थ आगे बढ़ने के लिए कहते है। जब भक्तों से भूख सहन नहीं होती तो वो स्वामी जी के पैर पकड़ कर रुकने के लिए कहते हैं और भोजन की व्यवस्था करने के लिए कहते हैं। स्वामी समर्थ उन्हें जंगल में आगे जाने के लिए कहते हैं और बताते हैं की उनका इंतज़ार स्वयं अन्नपूर्णा कर रही है वो उन्हें भोजन देंगी। कुछ लोग स्वामी जी की बात सुन कर आगे जंगल में जाते हैं तो उन्हें अन्नपूर्णा मिलती है जो उन्हें भोजन देती है वो भोजन लेकर उनके घर से बाहर आते हैं तो वो घर और अन्नपूर्णा वहाँ से ग़ायब हो जाती है सभी को भोजन मिल जाता हैं।
Dr. Ramanand Sagar ventured to recreate the life and times of the universally revered saint, Sai Baba, with his characteristic zeal and devotion. The narrative artistry, has the added advantage of the support of extensive research material gathered from volumes of eye-witness accounts Sai Baba’s life story. His countless devotees in India and all over the world, therefore, look up to him as a guru, a saint, a savior and an incarnation of that supreme power which manifests itself in human form when the hour of need arrives to redeem mankind from mortal sins. While popular legend invariably revolves around alleged persons and events with or without a determinable basis of fact, the story or legend of Sai Baba has the basis of fact and collective belief inspired by his divine powers, witnessed by men and women who shared those wonderful experiences.
As per popular belief Sai Baba was born between 1839 - 1842 AD at Pathni in Marathwada in the Nizam's dominion at the age of eleven Sai Baba appeared under a neem tree at Shirdi and he was recognized as the boy who left the poor Brahmin's home as a child. Four years of painstaking research and the collective enthusiasm and work of artisans and hundreds of workers have produced an authentic Shirdi at Sagar Film City - Baroda for the filming. Sai Baba did not put down anything in writing. It is doubtful whether he consciously wanted to teach. He certainly sought to bring about an awakening. The many miracles he performed, the diseases he cured, the gift of love he gave to his followers were all part of the awakening he brought about. Through the serial, Dr. Ramanand Sagar, the master story teller, intends to spread Baba's social and spiritual messages with a judicious blend of entertainment.
