I'm also an exchange student but from Sweden and I'm studying in Spain. I'm supposed to do a presentation about Sweden so I thought I would check out what foreigners think about the country and found your channel, apparently you lived in my home town, as a matter of fact you went to my school! Really, what are the odds? Anyway, like your videos and thanks for the tips about Sweden!
When I travelled to Sweden, I took about 20 single serve packs of vegemite. I gave one to each of my bed 'n' breakfast hosts. It was so funny to watch them try it out. In return, I was offered Kaviar paste many times.
Great having you here. I hope your videos are seen by other students who are thinking about going to Sweden. It is an interesting experience; any of the Scandinavian countries really are. Travelling and experiencing other cultures is an amazing experience. The food, the candy, different customs and tiny differences in behaviour, the good and the bad. To any prospective students thinking of coming here: You are more than welcome. I hope you too will have a memorable experience :)
I'm Swedish so Lucia is a very normal thing to me and a tradition I love, but hearing you explain it in english just made it sound like such a wierd thing to celabrate, even thought you explained it very well haha :) I'm glad your stay here in Sweden has been good :)
hey I'm an Australian and I live very close to Sydney! your videos are very inspiration I keep re-watching them I'm going on exchange next year hopefully to France :) its sad knowing you wont be on exchange any more because I love your vlogs Im going to miss you xo
I thought that would miss your videos now when you are moving back, but when I hear that you are planning videos about Australia, it makes me glad :) I really looking forward to those. I'm subscribing to several foreign pople who are in Sweden for different purpose. And I really enjoy listening to you talking about Sweden. It makes me a Little proud of my country. Not that I'm being conceited (not sure of the word..), but a little proud. I'm indeed envious that you are going to the heat i Australia :) I'm sure that you long for it, even if you had a good time in Sweden, there is no place like home. ***** Yes, thank you! I'm only 19 too haha, so yeah it is fun but kind of scary, many scary things outside my room in South America, though I didn't like it there I still had the courage to stay for 2 months, now I've been in Costa Rica for about 2 months and I'm slowly moving upwards to Califiorna, Home.
I kind of just found your channel, but it has been so much fun to watch your videos! Välkommen tillbaka 😊
