I love this glider, it’s my “go to” night flyer, it does very well in the day time to, the book CG is at 3 1/8 in aft the wing root but you can go another 1/8 further aft for a little better thermaling on warmer days with calmer winds, nice capture my friend 👍
Yes that’s true but if you go with the Wingnut controller and remove the stock led controller it will enable you to have a better CG range to experiment with because the Wingnut controller mounts inside the hatch under the plane and further aft, I run roaring top 2200mah lipos and have mine all the way forward jalmost touching the receiver for the perfect CG and when there’s little to no winds I move it back a little for better thermaling, I wish HH would’ve designed this plane with remote light operation instead of having to land it each time you want to change the colors
@@DeucesWildRC yes I agrée it would have been awesome to change the colors in the air 😂 but my RT2200 is all the way aft and I can’t move anything so I’ll try to add some lead in the tail to be a 85mm CG
The stock light controller system is 55grams and sits in the cockpit and you can’t move it back, the Wingnut controller weighs 50grams and mounts underneath and aft of the cockpit allowing for greater range for CG and battery placement without the need to add weights, I avoid adding weights if I can but have had to do it in a few cases to attain proper CG, the way you set yours up will work perfectly with the stock controller, I flew mine last night and the winds were calm, made for an enjoyable experience ✌️👍
Hello Mr. Arthur. I ve bought this glider yesterday, because I ve no time to build something by balsa now. Please did you made some upgrades on this model or not?
@@ArthurRC Thanx for superfast answer. Im modeler around 13 years, but in last two years we have a lot of work. I need something for relax flying after long work week in electronic lab. I think its good choose. I wish you nice flying and succesfully landing, of course...:)
@@ArthurRC I will plane to assembly it and make set up in my Taranis tommorow and make maiden Flight on Sunday. I hope it will be good conditions for it....Here is little stormy last days.... Northeast part of Czech Republic...
I enjoy my Night Radian. Added a Wingnut light controller. Easy to install and a blast at night. Highly recommend, not all that expensive.
The Night Radian is an awesome glider and that's one FANTASTIC hoodie!
Oh yeah 😹👍🏻 I love my friends Robert and Blaz 😜
Great video and I love the petrincic brothers jacket!
Hey thanks so much buddy 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Such a great glider, Those LED’s are a great idea, can fly all day and night. Great landing at your feet 👍🏻
Yes that’s a really nice glider and I love the LED by night 🥰 thanks for your kind words buddy 🙏🏻
