I have an issue....in z level stagger ramping circular toolpath (like helical).... My toolpath breaks into linear moves and nx generate like a linear .... It should be an circular move.... When i verify animation...tool moves linearly in small segment to complete circle it polygon.... When this operation is post process and perform to machine ...finish workpiece and look from near it is like polygon with small segments..do you have any solution for this???
post processor act a major role on machine,so we should be use the suitable post processor.
can you share the tool path created part file, we can check out and share the feedback . hope we can help you.
@@rkcadcam6860 i don't think that...its an post processor issue...bcz ... Toolpath is generated itself is linear....so it must be an problem of maybe toolpath of zlevel or geometry of my circular profile.... How can i send you a model?
