베를린에 갔을 때 썼던 가사인데요. 가장 원초적인 사랑은 희생이라는 생각이 들어 "나 자신을 다 포기하고 너와 함께 하고 싶다"라는 마음을 담아 쓴 노래입니다. 춥고 쓸쓸한 겨울로 시작해 곡이 끝나갈 때 즈음에는 잔디에 쌓여있던 눈이 녹고 봄이 되어가는 사운드를 표현하고 싶었습니다.-곡설명-

결국 리사가 0415 티저에서 엄마에게 줬던 팔찌(0415 뮤비에서 엄마가 tellusaboutyourself라고 적힌 팔찌를 만지며 리사를 그리워했던 그 팔찌)를 뱀파이어 소녀네 집 테이블에서 발견하고 뱀파이어 소녀가 자신의 가족들을 데려갔다는 걸 알게 되어 둘의 사이가 멀어지는군요... Hate you의 내용으로도 미루어 봤을 때... 예린님이 친구라고 믿고 서로 사랑했다고 믿었던 사람이 예린님이 가족처럼 여기던 지인들을 뺏어갔고(?) 상처를 줬고 그걸 예린님이 알게 되어 둘 사이가 멀어진 건 아닐까 추측해봅니다... 이건 어디까지나 추측이구요ㅎㅎ.... 다음 뮤비로 예상되는 You're so lonely now, so you need me back by your side again 가사 내용으로 봤을 때 뱀파이어 소녀가 훗날 다시 리사에게 연락을 하고, 리사는 어린 시절을 그리워하지만 다시 뱀파이어 소녀에게로 돌아가진 않는단 내용이 나올 걸로 예상해 봅니다.... 다음 뮤비가 더 기대되네요!!
그리고 I'm in love 바로 뒤에 나오는 곡이 Bubbles&mushrooms 이고 앨범의 마지막 곡인데... I'm in love에서 되게 아름답게 다뤄졌던 사랑이, 바로 이어지는 곡에서는 거품이라면서 회의적인 시선으로 비춰지는데, 이 뮤비랑 연관이 있는 것 같아요. 사랑이라고 생각했지만 결국 배신당하고서 사랑을 못 믿게 되고 회의적이고 비관적으로 바뀌는. 개인적으로 이 앨범에서 I'm in love가 너무 아름답고 가장 좋았는데 바로 다음 곡에서 사랑은 거품... 하는 거 듣고 의아했는데.. 이번 뮤비와 앨범의 전체적인 메시지를 보니 이해가 되네요

개인적으로 이번 앨범에서 가장 여운이 남는 곡은 I'm in love이라고 생각... 이 곡 들으면 정말 정신이 멍해지고 먹먹해진다. 그래서 이 곡이 마지막 트랙이 아닌 것에 감사하게 됨. 겨울의 시린 감각이 따뜻한 목소리와 겹쳐서 신비롭게 느껴진다. 너무 좋아. 그냥 앨범 전곡 다 좋아. 좋아 좋아... 너무 좋아
그래서 마지막 트랙인 버블스머쉬룸스가 직전의 먹먹한 느낌을 가볍게 환기시켜주는 기능을 하기도 하는거같아요

이번 앨범 들으면서 loner, Loveless와 함께 크리스마스와 가장 걸맞는 분위기의 사랑 노래라고 느꼈던 l'm in love ,, 쓸쓸하지만 마냥 고독한 분위기가 아니고, 사랑스럽지만 마냥 따뜻한 느낌은 아닌 노래라서 들으면 들을수록 새로워 ,, 오랜시간동안 짝사랑하고 있는 입장이어서 그런가 ㅎㅎ,, 계속 듣게되는 소중한 곡.

okay here's the theory from all of the MV we got, if numbers on 0:14 are based on track number, so the story begin with

the little girl in "i'll be your family" who's came out chasing the vampire girl after she said "if you want to become like me, keep your window open at night" than the little girl's family searching after her but got crashed bc of the vampire girl in the middle of the road /? all of the little girl's family died in that crash, so the little girl live alone after found out by the police
then on "0415" probably the vampire girl felt guilty abt the little girl's family that died bc of her, so she bring all of them alive again by making them into vampire. but the mother also felt guilty too bc when the car crashed, she's the one who drive the car and pobably she can't bare her family become vampires so she killed all of the family members again and leaving a box that contain their family belongings, asking the vampire girl to send it to the little girl that left out in the world so the little girl know that her family didn't mean to leave her alone
next on "hate you" the vampire girl meet yerin who's probably another vampire too, i'm not sure about the story in this mv, probably the vampire girl and yerin argued about what should they do with the box and the little girl, in the end they decided to help the little girl, and yeah the vampire girl is probably the 'good' vampire and yerin is the 'bad' vampire maybe ???? bc the vampire girl is guilty she decided to send the box to the little girl
on this mv the little girl who has grown up received the box and decided to came to the mansion. probably both of the little girl and the vampire girl realized that they're in love and that's why they wanted to be together, spending time together, trying to live together. but in the end, the little girl realized that they're different. they can't be together. so she decided that it'll be the last time for her to meet the vampire girl, and she left the city
and that's why the end is "you're so lonely now, but i can't go back by your side again"
the little girl is still in love with the vampire girl, knowing that she's alone make her heart break, but they can't be together again no matter what
so yeah that probably it /????

wait what ???? didnt expect that the vampire girl and the girl had romantic story, though they just friend meet in i'll be your family and then vampire girl help the girl's family in 0415,

i love how freely yerin's songs are.. it hits different and at the same time gives courage to stand up and make choices that we actually want...
So this follows the obvious storyline.
I'll be your family shows a family going out and staying in a hotel. There's a bracelet handed out to the mom by the girl, the mom doesn't want it. So it maybe why the girl gets away, feeling unloved or uncontent with her family.
She finds the vampire, they share a connection and stay together. The family starts searching for the girl, they look everywhere but can't find her, as they're in a rush, they drive so fast, crashing with the vampire, who kills the family. Feeling guilty or probably sad she takes them to her mansion and makes them vampires as well.
The little girl returns to the hotel room, the police interview her and she gets another family.
However, like we see, she never felt the love she had felt fot the vampire again, not with her new family or with her friends.
Going to 0415, we see the family confused as to why they're alive, they quickly find out they're vampires, soon, normal food doesn't taste good and they can only drink blood.
They're happy with their new powers, the girl with the glasses has her eyesight problems fixed and the grandmother can now dance.
The mother is not pleased being a vampire, refusing to drink the blood, the main vampire forces her drink blood or else she'll persih.
After that, they find out there's something that can kill vampires, and soon they´re discussing whether to kill the vampire, because she may be evil but she also saved them.
At night the mother stops time, and poisons the whole family's drinks, she thanks the vampire, hugging them, and then the family die, making the vampire lonely again.
In I'm in love, we see the vampire reaching out to the girl, happy about hearing from the vampire, she takes a trip to where her mansion is, and they soon meet each other, and their love reignites as if they were together all of their lives, however. We can see the girl is clueless that her lover is a vampire, seeing how she wants to drink what the vampire is drinking, without realising it's blood.
They continue to be together, the girl finally finds out her family was there and they died.
Either the girl assumes the vampire killed them or they just died naturally there, either way she leaves, leaving the vampire alone.
At the end, we can see the girl leaving, she looks back in a rush and then it cuts to black, i assume she crashed with the vampire and the story repeats (She turning into a vampire, and living in the mansion), or she is looking back as if she had saw someone.

드디어 마지막 이야기가 나왔네요. 어렸을때 잃어버렸던 캐리어 안의 초대장과 목걸이를 보고 뱀파이어소녀 집으로 찾아가게되네요. 캐리어 열때 창밖의 나비들은 뱀파이어소녀의 선물이겠죠? 둘은 다시 만나게 되고 행복하지만 어느날 막내는 엄마가 갖고있던 자기 팔찌를 발견하게되고 가족의 흔적을 알게되며 슬퍼하고 자기가받은 목걸이를 두고 결국 떠나는것 같네요. 이번 앨범 노래 중에서 제일 가슴 먹먹한 노래인것 같아요. 뮤비도 보니까 더 그렇네요🥲

The different sounds in this song all mixed together sound amazing, the piano sounds hopeful in contrast with Yerin's voice and tone which sounds laid back and then the drum beat when it comes in sounds positive. Just gives that feeling of real life where there are small chunks of your life where you see extreme positivity in the world, but life is usually a mix of the good, bad and ugly and she is living in the real world, enjoying what is positive and dealing with the normal middle of the road world..
