This, and its inspiration Cool or Cruel, revolutionized the humanly impossible Kaizo subgenre. Prior to this, most of the subgenre was just single-level unreasonable precision spam, but this added so much brain power behind the levels. It paved the way to things like ColonThree and Armageddon. Not meant to be playable, but certainly an enjoyable spectacle with a lot of thought behind it.
Colon three, the level that helps me fall asleep sometimes when I have troubles based on how chill ans satisfying it is. I mean, both levels are the good that someone can make a whole documentary to just talk about the gameplay
oh man, this brings back memories. I remember watching a TAS of this romhack and really loving the music- despite that half the time it was just p-switch timers lol. It's kinda stunning how much more I understand about the tricks used here, thanks to Lunar Magic and speedrun commentaries. ...that said I still don't know the names to most of these songs. hm.
@@myfilthybean511X3 jejej realmente me encanta este hack es bueno y la música también solo que no creo que la mayoría no se lo pase xD pero en lo demás buenísimo ❤

yo did someone hack your other account, did you have to get rid of it, I tried to reach out to you because it seems like you're the only one who has good just "casual" runs of this series. I wish your mario must die series would get more recognition. anyways I love rewatching this for some reason, just maybe because it might be the hardest mario tas only hack I've seen. Oh yeah and how long did it take to TAS this run.
Bro most of the covers and musics and hard gameplay difficulty is very coool, I like the music more. 7:53 I used to have this song in geometry dash but I can’t find the song anymore because I deleted it for some reason 13:20 this song sounds very fimiliar i heard in geometry dash and someone in the comments said this is from mega man which makes sense because TheRealDarnoc made a level called wave challenge and it uses a mega man song, and this sounds similar so yeah, also why was it called Bikini Bottom, then it changed to SuperDrowningSkillz 24:33 this song also sounds fimiliar i don’t know what it is but, i don’t know where to find it 34:58 cool transition 36:22 I forgot to mention that the level names are funny 38:34 the song changed to a theme I don’t know as well, for some reason all these songs sound fimiliar but it’s obviously a cover of something 38:34 when I keep listening to the song it sounds like Travis Scott - “STOP TRYING TO BE GOD” in some of arts of the song 43:27 my favorite song out of any of them 49:03 this sounds like it belongs in the Simpson fighting game, it’s a very old game for iPad Also for a majority of the video why is the sound delayed a little bit
I'm actually thinking about making a savestateless Kaizo (already have one or some ideas in mind). Using the 72 hour Kaizo as a base, which has retry installed, and by extension some settings that allow checkpoints at sublevel entrances. Kinda annoying when I think of ideas that I just know I would be able to squeeze mileage out of but the required resource either doesn't work like I hoped or doesn't exist. For example, I wanted to make something with YI flippers and shells but the shells don't make the flippers open, but they do remain open when they're set down right on them while open.

You're like the first actual human I've ever seen play through this mod 😂
Because he made this romhack

One of my favorite SMW hacks
Imagine someone doing it and the rest of the series without savestates and rewinds.
That would be insane amount skill showcased by an individual.
I remember when these videos were separately uploaded.
The Hack says that Hitler and Satan are the 2 Main Vilians of the Plot. But it doesn't reflect the gameplay as it's depicted as a Big Boo
Lol
The big boo is Hitler (self-inflicted death) and Wendy is Satan (comes from lava), clearly!
Well Hitler is dead, so...
Awesome hack you made
oh no,where are those old videos?? They are gone now.
Oh heck no. That don't even look fun to play. I'll stick with the original. Nice play through, though.
This is the first kaizo hack I played, maybe even the first rom hack I played too which is fummy
And now it's getting "remixed" in a way

38:34 the song changed to a theme I don’t know as well, for some reason all these songs sound fimiliar but it’s obviously a cover of something
38:34 when I keep listening to the song it sounds like Travis Scott - “STOP TRYING TO BE GOD” in some of arts of the song
43:27 my favorite song out of any of them

I actually played this hack. With savestates ofc. I did get rather far but it was quite rough and not very enjoyable tbh lol
