That along with defaced serial numbers on the lower receivers mean that those weapons weren't ATF registered SBR's (short-barreled rifles). The charge for that alone carries a penalty max of 10yrs......for each violation! And removing serial numbers also has a max up to 10yrs. That's up to 30yrs in weapons charges alone for just what was in the photo!
