I think in season 3 there weren’t that many scenes of them, considering that John B was with his dad most of the season and they had that fight after Sarah cheated on him, but I think the last episode when they found El Dorado it made up for it.

You can only hope for that they actualy just seperated happily, because only then they would be able to find back together. The rumors about him cheating are just rumors as I know and after the break up they still had partys together, so this speaks for a "happy" split up and also for that they will be able to still portray the characters well in the show. (this is actualy all I would want since the rest is their private live, even if they were cute together)
