For VIC 190 they will consider full employment years or the approved employment years by ACS only?
What score is competent, proficient and superior in PTE?
50 each is competent with zero point
65 each is proficient gives you 10 points
80 each is superior english, it gives you 20 points
Your observations are accurate for 190 offshore candidates as I got the invitation recently.
