Hands On Biochar Workshop Recording: October 14, 2023

A recording of the Pierce Conservation District hands on biochar workshop. Learn how Allan DIY makes biochar right in his backyard! In this workshop, people learned what materials they need and what steps to take to make batches of biochar right in their backyard. The yields of this ~4 hour biochar burning process create roughly enough biochar for small backyard garden purposes for about half of a year.
