Despite your best efforts you couldn't make the customer happy and you apologized, let him out of the deal that went sideways. I felt you showed your true colors and have been watching ever since. People dont know how incredibly lucky they are to have a grandpa/grandpas!.
Both my grandpas had passed yrs before i was born,and i actually only had 1grandma(yes,i was her FAVORITE out of my 4siblings and 15other of her grandkids,.man i miss my Grandma soo much,i was 15when she passed at the amazing age of 95,she raised 11kids having to work literally 3jobs just to feed n shelter her 11kids,since my Grandpa passed when my mom was 6.. Soo even though i didnt have a Grandpa,GOD BLESSED ME WITH THE MOST AMAZING GRANDMA EVERRRRR

My late Granddad was a car lover, Cadillacs and Continentals. I never had the chance to buy him a car but my Beautiful Wife and I just purchased an 03 Thunderbird and we christened her Margo after my late Grandma. They were married for 67 years. To me, they the embodiment of grace and elegance. Sure do miss them.

And i’m jealous- not about the car, but the fact you still can wear your HS letter jacket. 😂 30 plus years later and mine is waaaaay to small.
