Good video. Im just got interested in running, but yet not buying a running shoe or a sport watch, still surveying and saving for it, hope soon I can go for a better training. ATM my pace for 5K is 6.3 and my aim ATM is to get Pace 4.5 for 10km. your video really inspiring to see and hear u ask others pace at the end. cant wait to get those pace. gotta hustle
Coros watches are the most affordable. That is a good pace for 10km. Everybody has their goal in running, whether it is for better health or PB. All comes down to the effort we put in, and the results will show. Thank you for watching. And happy hustling:)
@@ironben_my I actually start with only RM19 shoes only change better insole at the moment, saving for affordable running shoes maybe mizuno or ortuseight, im interested in this 2. others is over budget. after that only watch. but coros seems too much, does xiaomi band 9 good for a beginner like me? hahahaha
Slowly save up for better equipment. Better equipment has better accuracy and performance. For shoes, best to have 1 hard and 1 soft to rotate fast n easy runs. For watch, if only running, most smart watch out there is sufficient, just maybe gps take some time to load or pace accuracy not that great
I have been using x160 pro for a few years. Love them a lot. Really a fast shoe and quite comfortable too. I wore them for my IRONMAN events. The non pro is not bad also. Recommended!!!
16:23 not just last year. its freaking the same every year ! lame as hell tho. the finisher tee also same color with the event tee. omg. not to mention the shirt quality.kinda sucks.

@@Hafiz_Vanyar just what some of my friends did, they actually sell the tee(s)( and even medal) to get back some cost. the balance of what is paid just assume that it goes to the water stations and road closure fee :P .

Someone did a post about this, it has been the same for at least 3 years. We go to enjoy the run, and the merch are just an add ons.
