Its actually just a really really big end island. Sometimes near the edge of an end island there is a small chunk 5 or 10 blocks away. This end island happened to generate a small chunk... 400 blocks away.

I think it might be a mushroom spawning above nether roof and got glitched which made it go over 60 blocks above nether roof And in bedrock edition it could be a single random netherack generating on top of a lava lake being over 50 blocks away from another block
The crazy part about this is that the seed finders went out of their way to go to the end islands, fly all the way out, and see that specific block. Seeing how rare this is, they did this for thousands of seeds…
I say we have dimensional categories for the loneliest blocks. Because 460 in a flat plain is different from height since blocks in the End don’t generate like that.
Now if you wanna feed into the whole lonely aspect of the challenge, that block is in the void, basically the loneliest place imaginable. I’d say it’s valid
If there was a loneliest blocks for the 3 dimensions then they will be called “The 3 loneliest blocks of the 3 dimensions masters of social distancing”
