      He was supposed to be dead at 30 due to a congenital defect in his heart that couldn’t be prevented....he got an extra 30 years he did damn good!

      I discovered Charles in 1994 in an article in muscle media magazine. He was touting creatine as an ergogenic aid a solid 10 years before that. Didn’t get into the mainstream bodybuilding until roughly 1996. He was well ahead of his time, everyone began copycatting him a decade later.
