A new perspective …. Being trapped and hanging on. Earning money has always been easy for me and I have always lived in fear of not being able to hang onto it. This was my card of the day today. He has made his stone thrown so tall that he has to stretch his feet to keep what he has…. A lot of tension physically and mentally. I need to get into a place of comfort and release the tension in my life realize that what I have is enough and enjoy what I have instead of worrying if it is or will be enough. Thank you!
I love the way you look at and interpret this card. I saw it differently but although my first impression maybe a message for me i prefer your open minded perspective and yours made so much more sense for my reading. Thank you so much. 🌸😊
You are spot on with the four of pentacles. I have things in the house from when my father died, and things my son didn't take with him when he moved away. Also, I pulled this card when I was focusing on whether I am still on the right path to changing careers which I am a little confused about.
I agree with everything you said and I'll add some points based on my studies and also personal experience with that card. Typically, when we think about Pentacles we gravitate towards the idea that it always represents material, physical matters since that suit is governed by the Earth Element. However, sometimes people forget that the element describes the quality of something regardless of what it is. Both the number 4 and Pentacles describe an energy of stability, maintenance but also stagnation and confinement. Then if that card describes mental, emotional or spiritual states, the thought, feeling or belief has a tense, fixed, inflexible quality to it. This is why the next card of the sequence is the 5 of Pentacles, which gives the advice of learning to release the tension, to let go instead of holding tightly to something, when that advice is not followed the energy of 5 of Pentacles manifests as a change in form of loss of some kind. Recently I did 2 readings and the 4 of Pentacles described the client's obsessive thoughts of destroying someone, and in the other, the 4 of Pentacles described fixed feelings of envy of someone towards the client. It's interesting that the quality of the thought and emotion were rooted, rigid, held onto because of Earthy quality since Earth is the less movable element.
yeh, mind, body and emotion are not separate, just different manifestations of the same vibe. When the pentacles come up, however, there is always an obsessing to what is manifesting instead of what is causing the manifestation.

Thank you for showing me a lot of sides to these coins!
I haven't given this card its proper respect, great read. It's today's card with the Heirophant for me.

many years of counselling,, and many years of living in denial!
Genius❤
I pulled this card today right after deciding I was going to de clutter my bathroom, my mom was a hoarder and I have hoarding tendencies.
holding onto things does have a positive quality, but not when exagerated!
❤️❤️
That is the FOUR of Pentacles, not the King of Pentacles.
yes, a little error there
