If not added, the colour changes from red to brown. 3) when curry is complete and the curry is still watery, mix 1 spoon of corn starch and 1/4 th glass water I.e 75ml and mix it seperately in a bowl and then add it. This thickens the curry. You can get best results if these are followed. It's really a nice recipe. Thank you for this one
Made it today and it came out great! I acutually mashed the potatoes completely and made it more sauce-like consistency (like it more that way!).Thanks a lot for the recipe and keep it up guys!
