Not really. I just watched videos of cute interactions between them from Ep 1 to 15, I realize that he always treats her better than Sol B. For example, he was waiting for Sol A in front of her house because Lee Man Ho lives nearby her house. Or there was a scene Sol B sitting in the taxi and looks at (in a jelous way) Sol A & Ju Hwi going together.
