I've heard and seen many performances by Steve and various Dukes. This is head and shoulders the best. Out of the box studio quality. Why? A few reasons. The biggest is that Eleanor is featured with more incredible solo time. I listen to a lot of Cajun and Bluegrass, and this might be the tightest fiddling I have ever heard. Husband Chris is featured more prominently than usual in his solo. The way he moves his riffs from country to rock to surf guitar - outstandingly eclectic. Brad drives the pace perfectly on percussion; emphasis in all the right places. Ricky Ray is smoothly integrated. And finally, with true sadness, Kelley Looney, Steve's bassist of 29 years - passed on this November 5 at age 61. A piece of life's tapestry torn away. I watch this video often.
What a super great song, love it very very much...the version from the bluegrass album since years and what a fabulous version is this live version here! ♪♫♥♪♫

This was on the first Steve Earle album I bought...Still great
Solid rhythm section too...
I love this performance to my last mortal fiber in my body
It’s perfection
Does anybody have the song list for this show? There was one song I liked that I never heard before and couldn't hear enough of to look it up.
I have been trying to find a setlist too...it is what brought me here
