I think you guys are underestimating how much this will disrupt things in the long run. There is a big question as to what this technology will do to white collar jobs in general, let alone real estate agents. Realtor are use to marketing themselves based on experience. This technology will make that point irrelevant because the Ai can learn in a fraction of a second what all realtors ever learned in our combined lifetimes. I think this technology will advance faster than we think due to the fact that it is an arms race. Whoever is first to successfully implement this technology will dominate.

When it comes to computers there is one undeniable fact:
Garbage in. Garbage out. Its no different with Ai. The advantage is that more data it can use the better chance it can kick out most of the garbage.

I loved this video and you both seem really nice. I feel AI will definitely change real estate especially when it comes to analysing properties on scale to determine investment potential. Imagine a company that has the ability to evaluate thousands of different properties, perform valuation techniques such as comparable market analysis and discounted cash flow forecasts, and then it produces a myriad of performance metrics such as IRR, NPV, cash on cash return all in a matter of seconds.

Insightful video. Although you didn’t elaborate on this, what you said about mortgage payments starting low and increasing overtime according to someone advancing in their career is an ingenious strategy. I feel like whichever lender did this first, they would have an edge over the others because lending would explode.

We are going to do a separate video on that topic.

It's amazing to watch people embracing this technology without considering the multiple negatives. How do people afford to buy homes in the first place? Well, they have professional jobs that pay enough income, or they own a small business, etc. What happens as millions of people in a short period of time, with a significant percentage being higher paying white collar jobs, all become unemployed? I struggle to understand the absolute zeal people have for this, and especially how so many people enthusiastic about these AI technologies are just completely okay with what is essentially surveillance according to your every move (pardon the pun) to essentially come up with a social score that you will have zero control over, in regard to how that data set is used possibly to unfairly determine you can't get a loan, job, etc.
    Careful what you wish for.

The same argument has been made many times throughout history when technology has replaced manual labor. The plow replaced workers, the watermill replaced workers, etc. People are ingenious and are constantly rising to the occasion by adopting technology and working with it to create new products, new jobs, new endeavors.

You can use Ai to write all sorts of purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, probate for letters of administration, and countless other documents. I am a developer, and our company has marinas, RV campgrounds, boat/RV storage, Margaritaville hotels and restaurants, residential communities, and other properties involving those asset classes throughout the northeast and southeast US. We are hoping to expand and implement more applications of Ai into our own operations. If you are knowledgeable on this subject, please reply with your contact, and I will likely get in touch with you. Thanks!

You're not seeing the future correctly in regard to AI. AI evolves at an unbelievable rate. The algorithms are going from 1 billion to 100 billion within 1-2 years. The math doesn't add up. AI will teach itself to automate processes for humans and we can help them get connected to the data they need.
