As we all know Pattern dropped their new stylers. I did not pick up their wash day products because of the mixed reviews but I couldn’t help wanting to try out the New Pattern Styling Cream and the Strong Hold Gel. Both sides of your hair looks great but I like the combo side more. It has more shine and better definition. I haven't tried anything from Pattern yet but I'm interested in the hard hold gel. Congrats on 5k! Your channel is growing super fast.🎉🎉🎉

Congrats young lady good job on 5k....Out of all the ladies i seen so far using pattern yours came out the best question do u ever get just a i mean a messy messed up hair style when using some products. Thank you so much Karen! I appreciate you so much. I tried the Curls Poppin pineapple collection and that’s the worse my hair looks. Other times my hair may “look” good but it feels dry, drys out the next day or I get flakes. I def have bad hair days 😂😂😂

I agree with you, I like the styling cream w/gel side. Since flaking wasn't issue for you, do a wng using the leave-in, styling cream, and gel. Girl did you say the gel smells like "petroleum and old lady"?😂💀
Hey love! I picked up the leave in today so that’s the combo I will be doing for the wash n go! And yes straight Vaseline and old lady perfume. Idk how they thought the smell of these products was ok 😂

The smell definitely gives you an old school product vibe. Like the old cholesterol conditioners and gels. I said it smells like fresh aloe in some sense too. Like it’s not a terrible smell, but it also isn’t super pleasant.

5K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤 I watched Happycurlhappygirl use the Wetline gel (the original) with the styling cream and her hair was 💣. I have both those products so I immediately rubbed them together in my hands and it’s a go. I’ll be trying that combo. She also mentioned that you should probably use a good moisturizer with the strong hold gel. I pulled out my curl essence moisturizing leave in conditioner and rubbed those two together and it was a perfect marriage. I have the travel size jars so my next two wash and goes are all set with Pattern. 💛🖤 I forgot about the smell. I don’t like it but I’m gonna try them once, again I only purchased the travel size. Lord help me with my allergies. Watch I like them but won’t be able to handle the fragrance. Your hair is gorgeous!!!!!

The leave in is so worth it. I will be sharing my perspective on this soon. And I tested it on a leave in ONLY wash and go. It has great moisture content and really good slip. YESSS!...to the end result.

Congratulations on hitting 5k. Your hair looks good on both sides. The Pattern leave in and heavy conditioner are two of my favorite products. I'm definitely a kinky girl. The products are pricey, but well worth it for me. I do want to try the curl cream and medium hold gel after whittling down my stash.

i agree - you would expect that products in the same brand and especially the same line in a brand would work well together with no issues.

I like the results! Since you live in a high humidity area, which gel has the best hold that you have tried ?! I live in Texas, and it can get real humid ! Congratulations on 5K !

if you can't deal with the scent of the products then i would NOT get the pattern leave in. The styling cream is enough. If you don't plan on buying the full size gel i wouldn't waste time doing a combo with it and filing it. i'd want a different video instead like a summer favorites vid.
