They stopped playing it because Efrim didn’t want to play those songs anymore. Bruce Cawdron, the drummer from 1996-2012, said explicitly to a friend of mine that they never played MF=R after reforming because Efrim was no longer interested in playing it. The same can be assumed for 09-15-00 since they haven’t played that song since 2003.

They stopped playing it because Efrim didn’t want to play those songs anymore. they play rocket falls on rocket fall every now and then. mf=r is probably a bit too long for a live show and they rarely do over 2 hours.
