Good luck with the belt, I’ve repaired them before with crazy glue but it is more of a temporary fix

I have belts, already replaced it. Works fine now.
Will be showing the entire animatronic part, I have removed it from the Snowman plush body. Stay tuned more to come.😄

You need a 3D printer for Christmas! You could probably print a custom belt with flexible TPU plastic... the stuff phone cases are made from. Also the other gadgets could be reproduced... even the panel with clips that broke! I have a snowman I'm just getting into... I bet its the hardened grease in the motor.

Yes that would be nice 3D printing has come so far it's unreal. You can do almost anything if you can draft up the dimensions. If your snowman motor shows open on a continuity test or when you try to power it up directly then yes it very well could be the old grease in the brushes. Hope you get it fixed. Thank you for your comment.

@@mikecomptech I really appreciate you posting your work! Our snowman/piano is exactly like yours. Hopefully I don't screw up the gears... I usually take LOTS of pics before tearing into something! I have a 6 year old grandson with a "curious mind", and I'm gradually showing him how to fix things. He reminds me of myself when I was young... always tearing things apart to see how they work! Anyway... thanks again - looking forward to more! 😊

@@nortonnewmann3711 Wow that's great nurture your grandson for sure. When I was his age my toys were always in danger of taken them apart lol 😆 So some I really liked stayed together but if something went wrong, then lets get in there and check it out. Started soldering when I was 8. Thank you for the wonderful story, and thank you for the comment.👍
