    This is why most people fail at reefing. So many things are involved besides water changes and lighting. Water chemistry is so difficult. Always great content and education. Thanks for sharing

    I love seeing the intersection of science and reefing. It's really cool to see the chem labs I did in college have real-world applications!

    Enjoyed hearing from Christoph directly! The fact that Moonshiners recommends Oceamo above all the other assays makes me trust the system even more. Thanks Polo Reef for the excellent content, we reefers aren't getting this anywhere else!

    The microphone audio makes it difficult to hear the conversations. It sounds like Andrew is eating the mic.
    Also the cuts with the topics changes, the audio is horrible.
    Just my 2 cents. This video was extremely hard to listen to.

    Christophe’s a scientific genius, what he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing, absolutely fascinating listening to what he has to say on reef aquarium chemistry, the guys a knockout. 👍

    Anytime you can take a frag plug or rock off, it’s always a good idea. I’ve seen lots of “pests” hiding under the edge of them as well.

    It’s nearly impossible to recreate a whole ocean in a tank. Seeing these videos reminds me of all of the complicated, sophisticated elements of nature that play together. So delicate and truly unrecreatable if i’m honest with myself. Us trying to learn and harness it all is definitely playing God at times 😂 doesn’t stop me from trying!!

      The average reef hobbiest doesnt need to do icp tests. Spend the money on salt and water for water changes

    • @CelestialHolisticHealings
      @CelestialHolisticHealings 6 месяцев назад

      I do spend the money on salt and water and water changes but I’ve had some issues with my parameters and getting them stable. Even after doing multiple water changes which is why I said I need to get an ICP test. Don’t be so quick to judge a hobbyist without the knowledge, as to whether they are average or not.

    • @BIG-ES-
      @BIG-ES- 6 месяцев назад

      @@CelestialHolisticHealings Ok, go for it then. All I’m saying is that more information doesn’t always mean a fix to your problem, sometimes the opposite. There is just a ton of info to interpret with icp’s.

    Greate video, horrible audio. If you put in music to signal a new topic, please make the sound level the same as the talking part. I almost damaged my ears when using headphones.
