Shlokas -The Seeds for Greatness

One of the most unique things in Basil Woods Pedagogy is introducing the timeless vedic wisdom of our great Nation, in the early years of childhood in a joyful way in the form Stories, festivals, unique cultural practices, sacred verses etc.
One of such things is learning Bhagavad Gita, which is said to have been a great guide for humanity for millions of years, irrespective one’s faith, age, place, occupation and circumstances.
In this video, we have our children to briefly narrate how Bhagavad Gita was originally spoken by Lord Sri Krishna to Sun God and how it was passed on to the generations later and finally why did Lord choose Arjuna to retell the same knowledge again!
Our children here recite the first 6 verse from Chapter 4 of Bhagavad Gita along with their meanings!
