    Apparently 5-10 minutes/week is all you need to gain flexibility with 30 seconds per set being the optimal time for maximum gains.

    • @382u3uuej
      @382u3uuej 10 месяцев назад +3

      I stretch in between sets while training for hypertrophy, all my rests are of 2 minutes except for some cases in which I do occlusion (which is basically myoreps with restriction of blood flow), squats and deadlifts; since there is 2 minutes of rest in between each set I have time to do 1 or 2 stretches per set, multiply this by all the sets that you do to realize how much this is, doing this you start to become more flexible without having to spend more time on physical goals.
      This isn't my idea, I stole it from Anderson Silva.

    it doesn’t take much effort. just practice kicking high and over time you’ll go higher and higher it’s that simple. there are ways to speed the process up but then you are delving into the effort category and I’m American so I don’t like that category.
