With these vlogs we really get a small taste of how much work these guys put in to keep their bodies right and how much extra time spent at the field besides game time and BP. It’s a lot harder than showing up and playing a game.
This workout routine compared to the past . Nolen Ryan probably prepped throwing through a tire in front of a barn and Doc and Strawberry came into the game high and won the world series lol . GO METS .

This was terrific! As others have already noted, seeing what you all do to stay stretched and fit on a daily basis is a real treat. Would love an episode dedicated to the bullpen but, obviously, you couldn't be filming during a game - maybe a trip to the pen and a "meet and greet" with the guys before the game might be possible?

Nap room with anti-gravity chairs?? So friggin cool man! Plus that Mets weight/stretch etc room all decked out in the orange and blue paint. All the best food imaginable and oh, they get paid millions to play the great game of baseball on top of it all. The 162 game grind is not easy, these guys deserve all the best and your career could end in an instant so I have no issue with the money aspect of the game. This was once my dream too, until a condition passed down from my pops ended that for me. I still got to enjoy many years of playing ball though and wouldn't trade it for the world. Please more videos like this Trevor! LFGM!!

This was awesome. I liked the part about sleeping, haha. My old employer had a designated nap-pod within our health and wellness office that I always used on lunch and it was the most refreshing 45-minute nap every day. It was basically a 7-foot tall, 7-foot long, 3-foot wide box with an adjustable mattress in it on top of some cabinets, and on the wall it had an ipod where you could control how long you wanted to nap, and then set if you wanted to be woken up by the light inside or by an alarm, and you could also set some white noise. It even had a built-in fan in the pod that circulated the air inside while you had the blackout shade pulled. I really think the top-notch athletes like you guys could benefit from it, rather than just having some patio chairs and recliners, even though those are definitely comfortable, as well. haha
I just found your channel, and it's very cool. My brother in law worked as a club house boy for the Braves in the mid 60 to late 60's, and he has great stories. Watching Sandy Koufax warm up before a game. Playing poker with Willie Mays during a rain delay. Joe Torre's Brooklyn accent. Accidently turning the umpires undercllothes pink when he washed them. Those kinds of backstage stories people that aren't associated with a team like myself find interesting, or just curious about. The same what you are giving us. A view into a fairly exclusive life style that of a Major League baseball player. On my channel Jon Beckley Morris as a roots blues musician, writer, animal bird rescue person I try to just be who I am. Tell stories of touring, or life as a travelling musician especially during the years I toured playing Blues Harp, and guitar with the late R.L. Burnside who was a Mississippi Hill Country Bluesman. People seem to appreciate it just being who I am. What I'm doing inside my fairly primitive channel. It seems that way with you as well with a bit of natural humour thrown in. I'll definently subscribe. Good luck in Spring training, and the season.
