Definitely inspiring for sure. I’m at 5 months and while I love my locs and they are looking good I just need a tad bit more thickness. I was afraid that they had already reached their max potential but this video has shown me that is definitely not the case.
Thats very inspiring, bcs I was going through the same problens of insecurance and low self esteem until month 7 in my locs journey. Now I'm at month 13 and I can finally tell that it was very worth and gratifying to see it taking form and now I can say that I love my locs
Thank you for this. I don't see many fine 4c loc videos and I have been terrified of having skinny, straggly locs due to my very fine 4c hair. This video gives me hope. Beautiful 4c Locs. Thanks for sharing.
This video is everything cause I'm at 6 months, I'm just starting to see a difference but I'm so locked in mentally and emotionally and spiritually I can't wait to get to my 12 th month 12/15/22 yesss 😂
I'm 7 weeks in but I haven't had any bad days,I keep it twisted and tucked away, this really helps to see the transformation, so I know what I have to look forward to, thanks, your hair is beautiful 😍
I have the same fine 4c fine hair as you with the same density. Helpful video because my locs weren’t looking like 90% of the other videos I’ve seen. Looking forward to some thickness
Same I'm 9months in 4c with thick hair but same density, I knew they would thicken a bit but I was worried about seeing spaces or big parts after retwist but nope If anything I think because of less manipulation & heat my density has gone up 😁 I'm always having to add loose hairs when retwist day comes
Yasssss ma am I'm ready I just started mine November 11th been natural for about 7 years and it just takes to much of my time being a busy working mom I enjoy the get up and GO 😇
I’m 1 month loc & my twist unravel at the middle , the roots locked fast , I have fine hair I used the loc neeedle to stop The middle from unraveling. I’m loving my journey
Omg, I am so glad I came across your video. Like you I have fine med to high density hair. I have a loc consultation the end of Dec to possibly start locs. I’m so scared of the process but know that I can just throw a wig on until I reach my comfort level. Thank you so much for making this video. I did look at part one as well. You inspire me to take the leap and trust the process. I am going for it!Your locs are beautiful!😉☺️
I loved this! We have very similar hair textures and density so seeing someone with hair similar to mine really makes a difference. Just seeing you stick it out also helps me know what to "expect", and I am so glad you've shared this! Your hair looks amazing!!!!
I’m at 5 months my roots weren’t locking either so this lady I work with she noticed .. and she’s had locs for over 12 years. she told me to crochet em at the root and I love it. She said hers never locked at the roots either and she had to do that.
Thanks for your update on your loc journey. I know this video is a year old. Your locs are beautiful. May I ask, about how many locs do you have. I love the fullness. I want to start this journey. Tfs
Awwiieee this beautiful I think our hair is similar and I’m on month 11 and my roots are fighting bk I definitely am gonna try the root interloc thanks so much love
Yes please make the video Im almost 9 months in and I still feel like I'm going through the struggle faze ughh. Idk if its because my hair is so thin or what plus I'm going through post partum hair loss since giving birth 3 months ago but love your channel!! Hair is beautiful❤❤
You said that you started interlocking around month 6. I think I need to start doing that because my hair is continuing to grow and it is only loc’d where my two strand twist began. I noticed your month 11 video showed your roots twisted. How many times did you interlock before going back to doing retwist?
So far I’ve only interlocked my full head once and my small Locs on the side I’ve interlocked a few times. BUT I do plan on interlocking my whole head again soon ☺️ I love how well my hair responds to being interlocked
I've been loc'd since 2009. Your hair does not loc at the root. That is your new growth. If you want the look that it is loc'd that's where the technique comes in. Your hair locs from the opposite direction.
@@futuredryvette I am aware that your hair doesn’t lock at the root. I was talking about the hair above the root. I had about 3 inches or more of hair not loc’d at the time I wrote the comment. I ended up interlocking once, and I regret it. Although, my hair has been locking since I did it.
I've been contemplating starting locs on my 4C hair for years now. I just have a feeling that the 'ugly faze' will test my tolerance, plus I have sensitive scalp, what a combo. God knows. I feel like hair bands, ties & wraps are our friends. Hopefully I take that step soon

I just started my loc journey with twist as well. I tend to look at other persons journey for encouragement…. Its really needed.

Thank you LC for this amazing video. I really needed this❣

I started my loc journey July 14th and I'm loving it more and more everyday!
I’ve been waiting for this! Welcome back
I have the same fine 4c fine hair as you with the same density. Helpful video because my locs weren’t looking like 90% of the other videos I’ve seen. Looking forward to some thickness
Yess! I love to know that there are others with a similar texture!

You're hair is beautiful
This is everything I needed this one I’m in month one !!
Definitely inspired by your journey. My hair is short/medium and stringy & I didn't know if it would thicken up as it grows out
I’m surprised your Locs didn’t shrink that much! Mine have for sure.
Congrats on 1 year!
Yesss, trust the process! I love it! My ends are curly and my hair is very layered also but you pulled off that half up do and its super cute!
Im almost at 3 months its a struggle ut im hanging in there. Ty for sharing 💓
Awwiieee this beautiful I think our hair is similar and I’m on month 11 and my roots are fighting bk I definitely am gonna try the root interloc thanks so much love

😍
Hiya thanx for the tutorial. Please l will like to have what you use I mean oil etc. My son just started his locs... thanx bless you 🙏🏽♥️🩸🙌🏽

I would to hear your product videos
I’m starting with 2 strand twists too but mine is just 38 in number, do I need to take it down to create more?
♥️♥️♥️
Did you start off two strand twist
yep!
Her pretty little hands
I’m so glad my struggle isn’t as bad as your s🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I’d probably cut if my hair looked like that at two months .
