I quit working as an mbse engineer (executive department) because its to complicated for the most engineers. It becomes too inflated and the real meaning is unfortunately lost. Engineers are overwhelmed with rules and specifications, so they prefer to go back to text documents. Enforcing MBSE in a company was the most frustrating job I have ever done. The whole field needs a huge overhaul, and it's a big one. I am glad that you have so penetrated the complexity, but in the end it has to be applied by someone who has very little time to acquire the knowledge.
