Most everything here is all electric. There are some pocket neighborhoods with natural gas around, we consider it a bonus. Fortunately, electric and water are relatively cheap here. The only places you will get natural gas for sure is in and around the Residential Estates zoned areas and some of the Planned Unit Developments like The Refuge. ~HavasuLew
