I didn't even know who Gina Carano was until a friend told me, since I never cared about women's MMA, but she's an absolute inspiration to me. Her physique is what I'd love to achieve.
I like watching her fight as she is very technical and natural. Me, I train in mma in Rio De Janeiro Brazil and there are some good female MMA fighters here but unlike the United States the ration between men and women in the game of mma is way off. Very few women and the average guy is much tougher than the guys in the States.

That's awesome! I think it'd be difficult to focus on the goal if you were fighting a hero, but i guess when the cage closes and the round starts its just 2 people fighting, not a hero and a fan. Great to hear that she actually is a cool person!
ur miss understanding my question, i agree there is no man or women, its the harmonies that build up the character, its like dieing a cloth red or blue! My point is, i was on propecia for couple of months and i did not feel like exercising, i didn't feel aggressive and i would even get confused if i should let the car before me pass or should i go boldly.. So it made me wonder whn i saw this fight, why women want fight, its not in them to fight like men..! just curious.
She needs to work on her speed with all her strikes. She is fast with her strikes out but slow with her strikes coming back in. Gina also needs to develop go spin kicks like the back, side and hook. Also, Gina needs to learn judo for the explosive takedowns. The girls are getting better, the more skills the better the fighter. Train differently, Gina.
@polemikful She said that women pick it up better then men cause they accept that they dont know anything when they come in the gym opposite to a guy who comes in and thinks he knows how to punch and kick while in reality it has horrible form............but yeah if u ask me it comes down to individuals

It's too bad that there is really nowhere for the female fighters from EliteXC to go now, besides maybe Affliction. The UFC is probably not going to implement a women's division any time soon, Dana White has stated he doesn't feel there is enough skilled female fighters to make one.
