as a beginner there are only a finite number of factors you can take in to account. We were told to get used to of turning to one side (the default side, which you find by asking people to run to a certain point, touch something on the floor and run back. The side they turn is the default side -as long as you didn't tell them what the purpose of this is ;) )

I prefer to have the brakes around each wrist because if you get ripped off the ground it's going to be really hard to find that other brake handle flapping around and if you only have one break in your hand that can be a dangerous situation putting your glider into a spin or hard turn. I also would emphasize that if your wing comes up really fast because of strong wind you can take the energy out by running towards your wing always remember that the faster you run towards your wing the more you weaken the thrust forward I also like to have an a + c combination that I can pull the C's which won't pull the wing down but weakens it's surge. This is a great discussion and very important part of flying I watch a lot of bad pilots Rush this part and just get into the air which at some point can cost them

If he prefers to turn to the right why doesn't he puts his right risers on top and do so ?

Thank you Max for sharing your techniques. Though their are many ways that are effective, some more efficient or safe and some can compliment ones style better. I Watch and learn from those who can do what they teach. Others will work towards whats best for them. When getting instruction, is best to learn it their way and maybe modify later for reasons mentioned above.

Totally agree with A and C riser and brake technique for max control. You’re really onto what you’re analysing. . If you’re not in control on launch it’s going to eat you one day 😜

Sou assinante do seu canal há muito tempo e observo que suas explicações são em inglês, Será que você não poderia adotar como padrão legendas em português para ajudar os seus assinantes brasileiros? Parabéns pelos seus vídeos
